On a purely technical note, one of the oddest challenges with Pharmalot has been spam. It feels like 90% of the spam out there is about some kind of pill to improve manhood. Normally spam filters key off of those words to identify spam, but many of our legit comments are discussions about those pills and the business behind them. The short answer we found was &lt;a href="http://unknowngenius.com/blog/wordpress/spam-karma/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Spam Karma.&lt;/a&gt;</description>
