		<description>Excellent point. There are going to have to be many difficult conversations in newsrooms. One that I have told editors of smaller papers I consult with that they will have to have at some point: Perhaps we need to hire another online specialist in place of a reporter so that we can effectively present what it is we can do.

If nothing else has been brought home in recent years, it's that resources are limited and how we choose to spend them is critical.</description>
