One of those moments when you realize life has changed

Here’s what greeted me when I arrived in the office this morning:

Most days, there are a few papers to read and maybe a few memos or other inbox items sitting on the desk. But a TV camera and teleprompter? That’s a first.

Guess we better get used to it. We had our friends Michael Rosenblum and Lisa Lambden back in the newsroom today to begin piloting a noon newscast, and that camera and others like it are going to become part of life pretty soon.
